Privacy policy

Loreheld LLC (“Loreheld”, “we”) runs loreheld.com. This page explains what information we handle today and how to reach us about it. Our shop is not open yet. Before it opens we will update this page to cover orders, payment and delivery.

What this website collects

Very little. This site has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and it loads nothing from other websites.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure. These can include your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. We do not use these logs to identify you or build a profile of you.

When you email us

If you write to hello@loreheld.com, we keep your message and email address so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. Our email provider stores the messages for us. We keep these emails for as long as we need them to reply and keep normal business records. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Pinterest and other platforms

We use Pinterest’s official tools, including its API, to read aggregate trend information, such as which topics and keywords are growing. This helps us decide what original artwork to make. We do not use these tools to collect information about individual Pinterest users, and we do not post or act on any Pinterest account other than our own.

If you follow or interact with Loreheld on Pinterest or another platform, that platform’s own privacy policy covers what it collects.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share it for advertising.
• We share it only with the providers that host this site and handle our email, or when the law requires it.
• We do not track you across other websites, and we do not allow other companies to collect information about your online activity over time or across websites through this site. Because of this, we do not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If we learn that we have received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

Questions or deletion

To ask about your information or to have your emails with us deleted, write to hello@loreheld.com. We will delete them unless we need to keep them for a legal or accounting reason. Copies can remain in our email provider’s backups for a limited time.

Where information is processed

We are based in the United States, and our providers process information there.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we post the new version here and update the effective date. We will note significant changes at the top of this page. Before the shop opens, this page will describe what we collect when you place an order.
